Relax in comfort at every stage of your journey. Our knowledgeable and experienced chauffeurs will take care of all your transfers in true Berkeley style.

Choose from our fleet which includes Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7-Series and Mercedes V-Class –  all equipped with in-car Wi-Fi. Or, if it suits you better, we can provide executive coaches on request.

CHAUFFEUR-DRIVEN AIRPORT TRANSFER

Arrive in style with a chauffeur-driven limo transfer to the hotel from all London airports, private airports (Farnborough, Northolt, Biggin Hill), heliports and railway stations (including Eurostar). After meeting you in arrivals, the chauffeur will assist in transferring your luggage to the car. When the time comes, a departure service is also available.

London Heathrow transfer:

• Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7-Series (maximum 3 passengers) £220 for a one-way transfer
• Mercedes V-Class £240 for a one-way transfer (maximum 6 passengers)

London Gatwick transfer:

• Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7-Series £295 for a one-way transfer (maximum 3 passengers)
• Mercedes V-Class £320 for a one-way transfer (maximum 6 passengers) 

Transfers from other London airports and main railway stations are also available, please ask our concierge for further details.

AIRCRAFT MEET & GREET

Our airport concierge service begins the moment you touch down. We'll meet you from the aircraft and make sure every step of your journey is smooth and effortless. Then, on departure, one of our team will greet you outside your terminal. They'll take you through all the airport procedures - escorting you to your boarding gate, with no delays.

VIP Premier Service

Our premier service at London Heathrow Airport makes arrival completely effortless.

After welcoming you at the aircraft we’ll take you into the calm of the Windsor Suite – bypassing the terminal for absolute privacy. Work or relax while we take care of security procedures. Then, when you’re ready, your choice of car will take you to The Berkeley.

On the day of your departure you will be met by your chauffeur and driven to Heathrow Airport. Upon arrival at our dedicated entrance our representative will take care of everything while you relax in your private lounge. Security procedures will be carried out in your suite and once your flight is ready you will be driven directly to the aircraft.
