Spa etiquette
Opening times and spa facilities
- The Bamford Wellness Spa is a treatment-only spa which features 5 treatment rooms, a changing room with shower facilities and a relaxation lounge
- The Spa is open from 9am - 9pm daily
- Please note that the Spa does not currently feature a steam room or sauna
Cancellation policy
- The spa has a 24 hour cancellation policy and treatments which are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment will be fully charged
Spa treatments and etiquette
- Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to start your treatment promptly
- Children under 16 years old must be supervised by a responsible adult (18 years or over) at all times
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to have treatments
- We ask you maintain a quiet tone within the Spa at all times
- We advise to keep your phone on silent or off whilst in the Spa
Opening Hours
Daily: 9am - 9pm
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment is due to start. This will give you plenty of time to change and relax.
